I love the location of this Hostel. You go to the right you have all the bars 7-11 street food, money, changers. You go left it will get you to the main road going to the ThaPae gate. They also have a common area where you can hangout with your friends. Free coffee, cupnoodles, tea, water on their kitchen area. There is also atour agency inside the hostel where you can book your activities using your creditcard. The room is big and very cheap. They have tv, blower, free soap and shampoo, fridge and electric kettle. I had a nice time staying here. The receptionist were awesome as they really take care all of your needs. Will definitely stay here again.

During my 5-day stay in Chiang Mai, I initially stayed in a different hotel. Fortunately, I found the Kristi Guesthouse on a walk through the central but quiet street, which still reminds me a little of Chiang Mai's less touristy times. The guesthouse is a gem. The reception and staff are friendly and helpful. The room facilities are excellent. Excellent value for money. The manager, who is also a travel agent, is wonderful. I hope Kristi House doesn't change anything in the future.

I booked for one night at Kristi House. Reached early morning at Chiang Mai station, then went to the hotel they greeted nicely and offer complementary breakfast for all.(tea/coffee, cookies, cup noodles). Booked day tours from travel desk. Nancy Helped a lot to choose the perfect one.

The property is simple but clean and comfortable! The staff were all very friendly. Nancy was so sweet and wonderful! :) She booked a tour for us and it was very easy. I would return to stay if I am in town again!

The staff were super accommodating even if we arrived in the wee hours due to our flight. The room was okay and price was pretty cheap :) Location was inside the Old City square and near everything.

We stayed for 3 nights and ended up extending, the lady on reception is so so lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Also the on site tour advisor lady was so so helpful, and offered genuine advice not just trying to sell tours. Very highly recommend this hostel

Location is very convenient, right in the city center, there are many cafes and bars, temples nearby, 15 minutes from the airport. Nice and clean rooms. Stuff are the best. On the first floor there is a tourist center where you can buy any tour, and they will give you a discount from the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristi house. When we came back to Chiang Mai for one night we came back here! The location was good, the beds were so comfortable, and it was very affordable. Best of all, the staff were all lovely. A special mention for Nancy, the lady who organises activities for you-she was such a lovely lady, and sorted out some amazing activities for us!!!!
